ACR-1200 Outdoor Autonomous Sweeping Robot

The ACR-1200 is an intelligent outdoor sweeping robot designed for large open areas. A 1,200 mm sweeping path, up to 4,000 m²/h capacity and a 100 L waste bin are supported by a LiFePO₄ battery giving 6–8 hours of continuous operation, across an operating range of −20 to +50 °C. In service, one machine covers roughly the daily workload of four cleaning operatives — suitable for business parks, plazas, campuses and transport hubs.

A 1,200 mm sweeping path combined with up to 4,000 m²/h means a single unit delivers roughly the daily sweeping output of four operatives, reducing manual sweeping and supervision workload.

The operating range covers −20 °C to +50 °C, so the machine keeps working through winter cold and summer heat without seasonal downtime.

The large bin reduces emptying trips and, together with 6–8 hours of runtime, allows an entire zone to be swept in a single deployment.

Millimetre-level positioning, even without GNSS

Millimetre-level accuracy is maintained in GNSS-free and weak-GNSS areas; high-precision mapping and intelligent trajectory planning deliver full-area coverage.

LiDAR + vision + ultrasonic fusion

Multi-sensor perception with no blind spots enables autonomous obstacle avoidance in complex environments, supported by blind-spot radar, turn indicators and an emergency stop.

Auto-lifting side brush and anti-tangle design

Brush height is adjusted automatically during sweeping to maintain performance; an anti-tangle brush guard and maintenance-free tyres reduce daily upkeep.

Cloud management and OTA updates

Scheduled sweeping, autonomous patrol monitoring, AI alerts, cleaning reports and automatic fault notification — with an open API for integration into existing park or facility management platforms.
