ACR-1800 Autonomous Outdoor Sweeping Robot

A variable 1,000–1,800 mm sweeping path and 60 L/min debris capacity handle sand, dust, leaves, cans, peel, bottles, plastic bags, cigarette ends and paper waste with equal ease.

Built to municipal sanitation standards, sweeping, emptying and transfer are seamlessly connected — no manual waste handling required.

Scheduled departure, intelligent obstacle avoidance and self-extraction, adaptive operating parameters, fill-level detection, automatic charging and water refilling, and autonomous return in rain are all handled automatically.

Two LiDARs, eleven ultrasonic probes, four depth cameras, six colour cameras, an inertial measurement unit and contact sensors are fused for 360° real-time perception with millisecond safety response.

After a pause for water, charging or bin replacement, the machine resumes cleaning from the exact break-point, avoiding both repeated passes and missed areas.

A spray suppression system and automatic dust-shaking filter, with a 50 L tank supporting 90 minutes of continuous spraying, keep dust from being redistributed during sweeping.

Modular construction allows disassembly and maintenance without specialist staff or tools, while built-in self-diagnostics provide status monitoring, wear prediction and fault alerts.
