Outdoor Sweeping
The ACR-1900 is an autonomous sweeper for large-area outdoor sanitation work. With a maximum working width of 1900 mm and a sweeping efficiency of 6,900 m²/h or more, it works continuously for 8 hours on a single charge. Sweeping, water spraying and dust suppression are integrated in one machine, with a 150 L hopper and a 100 L water tank, automatic full-load detection and self-discharge. When battery or water runs low it returns to the combined charging-and-water station on its own, making it well suited to municipal roads, large business parks, plazas and transport hubs measured in tens of thousands of square metres.

What it solves
A maximum working width of 1900 mm and sweeping efficiency above 6,900 m²/h allow a single machine to cover sites of tens of thousands of square metres, substantially reducing cost per square metre.
A 9.6 kWh LiFePO₄ battery supports 8 hours of continuous work. When battery or water runs low the machine returns to the combined charging-and-water station on its own, closing the unattended operating loop.
Sweeping, water spraying and dust suppression are integrated. A 100 L water tank feeding the spray system significantly reduces airborne dust and secondary pollution — important in public areas where air quality matters.
A 150 L hopper with automatic full-load detection discharges without human intervention, cutting the number of disposal trips.
An adaptive side-brush mechanism maintains centimetre-level edge cleaning on straight sections, curves and S-bends, clearing dust and leaves along kerbs and planter edges.
A dedicated blower clears the edges of planting beds, step joints and other awkward areas, significantly extending effective coverage.
Rainfall and light-level detection allow the machine to move to shelter when it rains and switch on its lights automatically in low light, supporting all-weather outdoor work.
Fleet management and intelligent data analysis monitor the health of the battery, drive and other core systems in real time, providing early warning and fault alerts.
