AMR-0300R Underride Lifting AMR (Rock Series)

The AMR-0300R is an underride lifting autonomous mobile robot for material transfer in factories and industrial campuses. At only 310 mm in height, it drives beneath a rack or trolley and lifts it, carrying a rated payload of 300 kg with a 50 mm lifting stroke. The machine is built for a wide temperature range of −10 °C to +65 °C, with UV and corrosion-resistant treatment, IP43 chassis protection and an IP66 battery pack, allowing operation in suitable outdoor campus environments as well as indoors. Twin LiDAR and a 215° wide-angle RGB camera support free, tracked, hybrid and follow navigation, with ±5 mm / ±1° positioning accuracy.

What it solves

Built for yards, ramps and the weather between buildings

/01
Wide temperature −10 to +65 °C, UV and corrosion resistant Rated for −10 °C to +65 °C with UV and corrosion-resistant treatment, so cold winters and hot summers are both within range — and suitable outdoor campus areas are usable, not only indoor floors.

IP43 chassis / IP66 battery pack IP43 protection on the chassis and IP66 on the battery pack, suited to dusty and damp duty and reducing downtime caused by environmental ingress.

/02
20 mm obstacle clearance · 35 mm gap crossing Crosses 20 mm steps and 35 mm floor gaps, handling the tile joints, expansion joints and threshold transitions found in most factories.

5° gradeability Rated at 5° over a 10 m run. Underride AMRs carry the load above the chassis, so gradeability in this class is inherently limited.

/03
Four navigation modes Free, tracked, hybrid and follow navigation are all supported, so one machine adapts to different line layouts and working practices.

9-hour runtime with auto-recharge Nine hours on a charge and around 5.5 hours to full; with a charging dock deployed the robot supports 7×24 continuous service.

/04
Twin LiDAR plus 215° wide-angle vision A 360° primary LiDAR (40 m) and a 140° secondary LiDAR (12 m) fuse with a 215° RGB camera and a 6-DOF IMU for full-perimeter perception.

4G / WiFi dual channel with cloud platform Built-in 4G and dual-band WiFi, with a cloud platform for remote deployment, live monitoring, cross-area dispatch and data visualisation — no on-site server required.
