AMR-0600 Heavy-Payload Industrial Transport Robot (600 kg class)

The AMR-0600 is a heavy-payload industrial autonomous mobile robot rated at 600 kg, substantially reducing trip frequency and improving efficiency per run. Two configurations are freely selectable: the mast version carries a built-in 10.1-inch screen and operates without a central control system, while the underride version stands just 255 mm tall, travelling beneath rack units and lifting loads from the centre with minimal path clearance. It supports the VDA5050 protocol and on-premises deployment, with rack group recognition and idle-elevator priority scheduling.

What it solves

Built around real site constraints

/01
600 kg payload doubles output per trip

A 600 kg payload capacity is built for heavy material transport, greatly reducing delivery frequency and improving efficiency per trip.

/02
Mast and underride versions, freely selectable

The mast version has a built-in screen and runs without a central control system, with power-assist switch, quick-access buttons and front indicator; the underride version is just 255 mm high, travelling beneath racks and lifting from the centre with minimal path clearance.

/03
Rack group recognition

Advanced navigation and perception systems intelligently identify target storage locations and autonomously perform pick-and-place operations.

/04
VDA5050 protocol support

Compliance with the VDA5050 communication standard simplifies integration with existing WMS/MES and third-party fleet managers, avoiding vendor lock-in.

/05
Idle elevator priority scheduling

In busy multi-elevator scenarios the system monitors elevator status in real time and calls idle elevators first, avoiding peak-time congestion and wasted waiting.

/06
Narrow-aisle intelligent traffic strategy

Based on path width and the robots' real-time load dimensions, the system determines whether to apply single-lane or dual-lane traffic modes.

/07
On-premises deployment

Private on-site deployment keeps operational data inside the customer network, meeting requirements where data residency matters.
