AMR-0600R Underride Lifting AMR (Rock Series)

The AMR-0600R is an underride lifting autonomous mobile robot for heavy material transfer. It carries a rated payload of 600 kg, stands 365 mm high, and drives beneath a pallet rack or heavy trolley to lift and move it with a 50 mm lifting stroke. Built for a wide temperature range of −10 °C to +65 °C with UV and corrosion-resistant treatment, IP43 chassis protection and an IP66 battery pack, it is suitable for outdoor campus operation as well as indoor duty. Three LiDAR units and a 215° wide-angle RGB camera provide perception, with an optional depth camera and physical bumpers front and rear. The 48 V pack recharges fully in approximately 1.1 hours.

600 kg payload doubles transfer efficiency A 600 kg rated payload moves heavy pallets and racks in a single trip, cutting round-trip frequency and raising throughput per hour.

1.1-hour fast recharge A 48 V / 22,500 mAh pack with a 54.7 V / 20 A dock reaches full charge in around 1.1 hours, cutting charging downtime sharply.

Wide temperature −10 to +65 °C, UV and corrosion resistant Rated for −10 °C to +65 °C with UV and corrosion-resistant treatment, suitable for outdoor campus operation as well as indoors.

Three LiDAR, wide-angle vision, optional depth camera Two 360° primary LiDAR units (40 m) and a 140° secondary unit (12 m) combine with a 215° RGB camera and an optional depth camera for full-perimeter perception.

Front and rear bumpers · dual emergency stop Physical bumpers front and rear work alongside two emergency stop buttons and 360° sensing to give both hardware and software layers of protection.

IP43 chassis / IP66 battery pack IP43 on the chassis and IP66 on the battery pack, suited to dusty and damp duty and reducing environmental downtime.

Four navigation modes and wide peripheral support Free, tracked, hybrid and follow navigation; peripherals include lifts, automatic doors, notification lights and speakers, call buttons, follow wristbands, rollers, bins and racks.

Cloud platform for remote operation Remote deployment, live monitoring, cross-area dispatch and data visualisation, with no on-site server or network equipment required.
