Facade Robots · Industrial walls
The AFR-0400 is a wall-climbing work robot for industrial facades. A dual-duct vacuum system holds it directly on concrete, steel, FRP and aluminium surfaces, so it needs no gondola, boom lift or full rope-and-winch system — only a single fall-arrest line fixed at the top. A quick-release mount takes an airless oscillating spray module, a high-pressure washing module or a grinding kit, and the operator works from the ground with a handheld controller and a live camera feed.

What it solves
Dual-duct vacuum adhesion carries a 25–30 kg tool payload. No gondola or boom lift; only one fall-arrest safety line.
A quick-release mount takes spraying, high-pressure washing and optional grinding modules, covering washing, surface preparation, primer and top coat.
23 kg and 490 × 400 × 265 mm. No heavy equipment on site — only power, pump and operator on the ground.
The spray gun sweeps side to side for wide, even coverage. Spray on/off, sweep speed and angle are set from the controller.
Handheld controller with screen, 2.4 GHz frequency hopping and a range of 500 m or more, with live video from the front HD camera.
Quick-lock safety line attached or released in under 10 s; a dual-lug rope mount allows up to 30° traction angle.
Best-fit applications
Industrial structures where access equipment is slow or expensive to set up.
How it works
The AFR-0400 is a work platform rather than a glass cleaner: it carries the tool to the wall and holds it there while the operator controls the job from the ground.
Two vacuum ducts seal the robot against the surface. A one-way debris outlet stops grit and overspray from clogging the vacuum chamber.
A four-hole interface swaps between the spray module, high-pressure washing module and grinding kit without rigging changes.
A handheld controller with a 5.5" 1080p screen shows the front camera feed and sets travel, spray and sweep parameters.
One quick-lock safety line fixed at the top is the only rigging. Local work-at-height rules still apply and the line must be attached before operation.
AFR-0400
For flat to moderately rough surfaces that allow a vacuum seal. Output depends on surface condition, coating and method. The safety line must be attached before operation and local work-at-height rules apply. Export certification status is confirmed in the technical file supplied with the quotation.
