The AMC-0010 puts a 6-axis collaborative arm on an autonomous mobile platform, so one robot can drive to a machine, rack or workstation and load, unload, transfer, assemble or inspect parts there. The 10 kg arm reaches 1,300 mm; the 800 × 600 mm base carries up to 120 kg, navigates by SLAM and QR codes and docks to ±5 mm, and with vision alignment the system reaches ±0.3 mm at the tool. It is a standard product rather than a one-off integration, so every unit behaves the same.
What it solves
Instead of a fixed cell at every machine, the AMC-0010 moves between stations and handles parts at each — useful for low-utilisation machines, changeovers and night shifts.
Collision detection and force and power monitoring, with TÜV SÜD functional-safety certification of the arm to ISO 10218-1, ISO/TS 15066, ISO 13849-1 and IEC 61508.
±5 mm / ±1° docking, ±0.03 mm arm repeatability and vision-based correction give about ±0.3 mm at the tool.
Drag-to-teach programming; the manufacturer states that operators reach basic programming after about four hours of training.
ISO Class 6 and ISO Class 5 versions for semiconductor, electronics and laboratory handling.
Contact, wireless or battery-swap charging, and CAN, RS-485, RS-232, Ethernet and USB with CANopen and Modbus for machine and system signals.

How it works
Every element is designed to work together, which is what lets a mobile cobot repeat the same job at different stations without re-teaching it each time.
Differential drive with SLAM and QR-code navigation, up to 1.2 m/s, a 500 mm turning radius and a 900 mm minimum aisle, with full-area safety protection.
6-axis, 10 kg payload, 1,300 mm reach, ±0.03 mm repeatability and ±360° on every joint, at about 400 W typical power.
2D/3D vision and a reference marker at each station correct the docking offset so the tool lands within about ±0.3 mm.
51.2 V LFP battery — 28 Ah for about 5.5 h or 80 Ah for about 8 h — charged by contact, wireless pad or battery swap.
Deployment
Mobile cobot projects succeed when the stations are prepared for the robot, not the other way round.
Parts and weights, cycle time, station and fixture heights, aisle widths, floor condition and the signals each machine exchanges.
Docking positions, reference markers, charging location and any cleanroom or safety-zone requirements are fixed.
Arm tasks are drag-taught, machine and PLC signals are wired, and the robot is connected to the scheduling or MES layer.
A supervised trial measures cycle time and accuracy at each station before shifts are extended.
AMC-0010
Specifications are based on the manufacturer's product catalogue for this platform with the 10 kg arm. System accuracy depends on the end positioning device, platform docking and arm accuracy; runtime depends on duty cycle. Products are continuously improved and specifications may change without notice. Final configuration is confirmed in the quotation.
