Picking Robot
The ASR-0012 is a mobile manipulation robot for shelf-side picking, tote handling and light item transfer in retail, warehouse and hospitality workflows. It combines an autonomous mobile base with a vertical lift column, perception sensors and a multi-axis robotic arm, allowing operators to trial item retrieval, shelf replenishment and delivery handoff without rebuilding the site around fixed automation.

What it solves
The robot brings a manipulator to the shelf, bin or table rather than requiring every item to move through a fixed picking cell.
Use it to test tote presentation, shelf approach, item handoff, operator supervision and exception handling before committing to a larger automation program.
The mobile base and lift column support access to different shelf heights, while the arm handles light item retrieval and placement tasks.
Typical trials include convenience retail shelves, storage and picking zones, restaurant table service, tray loading and material handoff points.
Camera and perception modules help the robot locate the work area and align with products, totes or fixtures during supervised deployment.
For larger sites, combine picking or item handling with AMR transport pages to build a complete fulfilment path from shelf to workstation.
