Solution 05 — Hospitality & Public Spaces

Quiet cleaning, curated walls

Low-noise cleaning routes for hotels, venues, and public facilities — plus e-paper art displays that give interiors gallery character without screens' glow.

Problem → Answer

What hospitality operators bring us — and what we deploy

/01 Cleaning noise disturbs guests ACR-0350 and ACR-0290 robots run low-noise routes scheduled around occupancy: corridors overnight, lobbies off-peak.
/02 Large event floors need fast turnarounds ACR-0800 and ACR-0600 scrubbers reset exhibition and banquet floors between events at up to 4,000 and 2,160 m²/h.
/03 Interiors need character without more screens EinkSmart e-paper art frames show curated art with a paper-like, glow-free surface and weeks of battery.
/04 Housekeeping quality varies by shift Fleet cloud coverage reports make cleaning consistency measurable across shifts and properties.

Robots and displays for hotels and venues

Hotels need cleaning that guests do not notice and interiors that feel considered. These are the products we would shortlist by area, with the figure that matters most there.

Use cases

Where hotels and venues start

Most properties begin with one robot in one area, measure housekeeping hours and guest feedback, and then extend.

Night corridor routes

ACR-0350 vacuums guest corridors after 23:00 at under 60 dB, so housekeeping starts the morning with corridors done.

Breakfast-room reset

ACR-0290 cleans under tables after service and returns to its station to empty and refill itself.

Event changeovers

ACR-0800 scrubs a ballroom or exhibition hall between bookings, shortening the turnaround window.

Clinic and spa hygiene

ACR-0520V adds far-UVC exposure along its route as a step after routine cleaning, not as a replacement for it.

Art programmes

EinkSmart e-paper frames rotate curated art across rooms and public areas without wiring or glare.

Facade and windows

AFR-1200 cleans windows and curtain walls on low and mid-rise hotels; AFR-1500 covers towers.

Deployment path

Rolling out robots in an operating hotel

Hotels never close, so the plan works around occupancy and guest flow rather than around the robot.

01

Property walk-through

Floor types, carpet pile, corridor widths, lift access and housekeeping schedules.

02

Quiet-hours plan

Map which areas robots clean at night, which off-peak, and which stay manual.

03

Pilot one floor or venue

Run for two to four weeks, track housekeeping hours and guest comments.

04

Staff handover

Housekeeping learns scheduling and station care in the app; alerts go to the duty manager.

05

Extend across properties

Group-level reporting in the fleet cloud compares properties on the same basis.

Sizing checklist

What to send for a hotel or venue proposal

A short property profile is enough for a first recommendation. These are the details that matter most.

Floor types and area

Carpet pile height, stone, wood and tile areas, with approximate square metres for each.

Corridor widths and lifts

Narrowest corridor, door widths and whether robots need to move between floors.

Quiet hours

When guests sleep, when breakfast and events run, and which areas are always occupied.

Event calendar

How many ballroom or exhibition changeovers a week and the time available for each.

Hygiene requirements

Clinics, spas or care areas where a far-UVC step would add value.

Display plans

Rooms and walls for e-paper art, and who will curate and schedule the content.

FAQ

Hospitality solution questions

Are cleaning robots quiet enough for hotel corridors at night?

The ACR-0350 runs below 60 dB and the ACR-0520V below 55 dB. We still recommend testing on one floor first, because corridor acoustics and door seals vary between properties.

Can a robot clean carpet as well as hard floors?

The ACR-0350, ACR-0440P and ACR-0520 families vacuum as well as scrub, so they handle mixed floors. Deep carpet extraction remains a separate job; send a photo of your carpet so we can confirm the right mode.

Does far-UVC replace cleaning?

No. The ACR-0520V's 222 nm module adds a supplementary hygiene step after routine cleaning, and the light switches on only along the robot's path. Our UV disinfection robot guide explains what UV can and cannot do.

How do e-paper art frames work in a hotel?

EinkSmart frames use e-paper, which reflects light like printed paper instead of glowing like a screen, and run for weeks on a battery. Art can be changed remotely across rooms and public areas.

Can one robot serve several floors?

Cleaning robots are usually assigned per floor or zone and moved by staff. If you need autonomous multi-floor movement, tell us your lift model and we will check integration.

Will robots replace housekeeping staff?

They take over repetitive floor routes so staff can focus on rooms and guests. Our article Will cleaning robots replace human cleaners? covers what still needs a person.
